How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination. Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
You can update your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order enters processing and the address cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's mail room first. Contact us within 7 days and we'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €99 to mainland Portugal. International orders and express shipping have separate fees.
Can I pick up my order?
Currently, we only offer delivery services. We don't have a physical pickup location. All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center.
