How to Return an Item

Request Return

Log in to your account and go to Order History. Select the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason.

Print Label

You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it and attach it to your package.

Ship It Back

Pack your item securely in original packaging if possible. Drop it off at any CTT post office or authorized location.

Get Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Common Questions

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping is free for Portugal mainland orders over €50. For orders under €50 or international returns, a return shipping fee of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund. Returns due to defects or errors on our part are always free.

Can I return an item I customized with my own design?

Custom-designed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review your design carefully before placing your order. We'll send you a proof for approval on complex custom orders.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. Defective item returns are accepted at any time, even beyond the 30-day window.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for most items. The return must be postmarked within 30 days, but we understand it may take a few extra days to reach us. For defective items, there's no time limit.

Can I return sale or clearance items?

Sale and clearance items are generally final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. This will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase. Regular return policies apply to defective sale items.

What if I lost my return shipping label?

No problem! Log in to your account, go to Order History, and you can download the return label again. Alternatively, contact our support team and we'll email you a new label right away.

Will I be refunded for the original shipping cost?

Original shipping costs are refunded if your return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). For standard returns based on preference or fit, shipping charges are non-refundable unless your original order qualified for free shipping.
